The only issue was Australian Customs and Quarantine at the Australian end. Conroys helped me through that too.
"Nothing was too much trouble"
Paul was very helpful and accomodating with our move. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys and they took very good care with our furniture.
It was hassle free the whole day in what can sometimes be a very stressfull time. Thank you.

Was not happy with the girl in office in Napier i think her name was Kylie, very unprofessional and just didnt want to deal with her anymore, so i phoned a guy named Steve in Tauranga and it was all sorted.
On the moving day everything was great, and professional and i was more than happy.

Thank you for the wonderful teamwork at Conroy- from Deborah who helped us thru with the quotes to the the administration/accounts to moving and delivery. Special thanks to Izabela George for her prompt response to scheduling of deliveries and the Auckland " A-team" (Toni, Lori and Lupeti) who have been us throught the 3 day-move. It is wonderful to have efficient, cheerful. rspectful movers - help lessens the stress out of moving. Likewise, the wellington moving teams are also equally commendable. Fe and Peter

We were very happy with the communication about the stages of our gear.
Adam n Scott came as a breath of fresh air to deliver our gear .After introducing themselves they took a note of which rooms were where then proceeded to unpack the truck professionally but as part of the family chatting away as they went.we were very impressed with there service.Please thank them again from us..You must be a great company to have such awesome staff..

We have had around $150 worth of damage which isn’t too bad, along with scratches and chip on an entertainment unit. But what we are most upset with is that we have a rather exspensive LEGO collection. This collection was already assembled. We would have thought this would have been packaged with care and in a reasonable manner. The whole collection was just thrown into a box all together with a scrunched up piece of paper as protection. Upon opening it the whole collection has been destroyed. We can’t even begin to put it together because the instruction and box is not with it. I can send you photos if you would like

Very happy with the service received from your whole team. Delivery to our home was sooner than expected by two gentlemen who were very pleasant and helpful in putting furniture in each room as requested, more than willing to recommend your services and don't know how you would improve on them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
I felt that having just one person to do all our packing was a bit much to ask of anyone and that Graham, although he made a good job of it had more than run out of steam before he was finished and then he said he had to go on to yet another job that evening. For the actual move on the second day things seemed to go better with two people but then in the afternoon when they were unloading and there was heavy rain and hail, both we and they thought that the ramp wasn't really safe for wheeling heavy barrow loads down under those conditions, quite apart from how unpleasant it was for them. Also we weren't notified the day before packing about the time when packers would arrive or even that you had received our payment and that the move was definitely booked in for those days, something that I had expected from your earlier contacts. Also it would hav been helpful to know how many days before the move you expected payment [would even just the day before have been acceptable] and whether you would notify us that payment had been completed successfully.
