Accommodating
In general everything was excellent. The packers and movers were fast and efficient and clearly good at their jobs. The price was really competitive and everything went according to plan. You were accommodating of some changes I made and always happy to help. My only issue was communicating with the office to make some changes and confirm times etc. Once I managed to speak to someone everyone was great. But I went in circles trying to do that on several occasions. Thanks for getting us where we needed to be.
Efficient
Every stage of our moving from Waikanae to Auckland was handled efficiently. You always contacted us at each stage with times of arrival. Your employees were efficient and pleasant to deal with. There were no breakages and the empty cartons were collected promptly after we had emptied them. I have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
