Admin was great, kept in touch and let us know what was happening.
Dispatch was terrible. 4 unanswered phone calls, when we finally got through they were rude.
Also managed to snap the legs off our dining room table.

We did not use you , Conroy purchased parts from us
Only complaint was that most of our belongings in storage smelt very musty when we unpacked them, which may have been due to dampness in the container or the way it had been stored. I'm not sure if your storage is climate controlled, but this is something we would keep in mind if we ever put items into storage again. However, customer service was great, and movers were fantastic.
I have been so impressed by the hard work, well organised team and friendly service. The job I had moving a 4 bedroom, 3 car garage home was huge. I couldn't have done it without you. The quality of packing was great, everyone appreciated the limitation around timing to get the key for the new house and everyone worked so hard to make it happen. Most of all - you are all a bunch of good fella's (and women) and I enjoyed the great team vibe. Thanks so much. Nikki

From start to finish we found Conroy’s staff to be professional, motivated and pleasant to deal with. Our container arrived in Israel in an amazingly short period of time and was unpacked and distributed through our apartment by the staff of Sonigo.
Not a single item was broken which says a great deal about the quality of wrapping provided by Conroy’s staff.
I would recommend Conroy without hesitation and in the event we need to move again I would definitely consider using their services again.
