I've put yes but it is a qualified yes. The booking etc was easy and everything went to plan. As a person who works there needed to be more pre-warning of delivery etc. In the end it was me who had to do the pushing to get a time - and then they were over an hour late! The guys with the furniture were pleasant and generally helpful but a bit more effort to put things together e.g. entertainment unit and tv. Would have been appreciated. They were on opposite sides of the room with boxes between.

Our rep in Australia Gary, was incredible and answered all of our questions and being a big move he put us right at ease! Our packer in Australia were also amazing!!!! Lance and Anton. Our unpackers here in nz were very kind and lovely and respectful of our gear. All the liaison team very efficient also via email. 

I have recently moved back from San Francisco California to Otorohanga, New Zealand . I would consider any other moving company especially Lynn Douglas she kept me updated with everything about my shipment by email or phone . On the day of delivery the movers came an hour early three gentleman arrived to my residents they were very professional hard working men helpful and done the job with a smile . A great job well done team convoys Removals I’m a very happy person all my

belongings arrived safe and nothing was broken or damaged . I will likely refer you to another family members that move international.Thanks ones again

The communication with the local office in Wellington for pick up and later in CHCH for drop off  can improve.

Pick up wellington did not ring the day before (which they were supposed to do) was  and on the day of pick up they rang 30 prior to pick up with the excuse that they overslept.

For drop off our daughter who was at the receiving end of the move had to ring several times for the ETA.

The communication with head office was alwasy very professional and correct.

Great communication. Patient with reminders. Kept up to date on day of delivery. Only area of improvement was the rather casual approach to package delivery that resulted in one of the packages being droppped. It happened to be the carpets so no harm done. There were only 3 packages one was a bit ackward. Instead of doing two trips the delivery guys did it in one which resulted in the dropped package. It made me think they hadn't been trained/instructed property which may not be the case but unfortunately the perception still lingers. It also made me think that they just didn't care enough to make sure the packages arrived safely. Once again this might be perception rather than reality and that I am being overall unfair on the delivery team but I can only pass comment on my observation/experience. Otherwise end to end service was really good and as said above no damages. Hope this is helpful.
