The original communication with Rachel was outstanding.  Then I was contacted my Monica, with no follow up or processes of my shipment leaving Lyttleton to Dunedin.  The driver (Rick) was very accommodating to my needs as he called the night before to state delivery and I was unable to leave work.  I would have appreciated on-going communication from Monica to let me know when my shipment left Lyttleton with possible arrival date and time in Dunedin.  I wish to reiterate that my original communication with Rachel was outstanding, this also includes Rick the driver, he was stella!

Was a bit of a struggle to get my stuff delivered because the company in the UK had not paid you. I don't feel like I should have been involved in that conversation. You did resolve it quickly and politely and I took receipt of my shipment. 

I would recommend to others BUT with caution as when loading the truck, one of the movers was rough with our property causing our tv cabinet to be broken (which money was reimbursed for this) and trying to drag our 3 seater out the door by himself and not caring about our furniture or house, to which I had to ask him to take more care.  Also would advise the stickers that are used to label all items, be placed on the rear or underside of furniture as ours were stuck on the middle of some furniture items and they are hard to remove. 

There seemed to be some problems in the initial stage of this shipment but in the end everything went well, nothing broken and the delivery people in Australia were particularly helpful. Thank you
