The Driver and men were very helpfull and very polite.I was very disapointed though when all our furniture and gear did not arrive especially when the bed legs were not there .Having used you several times before this was the most inefficient and here we are one week later and still not recieved the balance of our gear which we are told is in Auckland and will eventually come up when you have a truck coming this way.I would have thought that experianced folks like you would have either packed better in the truck or sent a small vehicle up with the balance after all service is your game.We are a couple of 80 year olds so dont need this hastle ,so please tell me when we get the balance of our gear.

Office staff and delivery men were superb but my goods, especially my clothes and books were stuffed into boxes. The packers let the Conroy team down.

I had a bit of trouble regarding the delivery dates getting mixed up, this was eventually resolved. There was a of lack of communication with arrival times on Wellington’s behalf. Although, my belongings were delivered undamaged and the employee who handled the unpacking in Wellington was helpful and polite. Aside from the few mix ups, I was happy overall.

I'll send emails asking to update something crucial to my file but no confirmation is sent about action being taken. I always have to end up calling to get anything done.

We had a great experience at the wanaka end. Sadly we were disappointed at this end. We where lead to believe that your staff were well trained and to be given 2 guys from AWF at the unloading stage was totally unacceptable. They had no idea of how to handle our belongings. This was not what we had been sold and felt really let down. The truck driver was fantastic as where the packers in wanaka but I would ask them not to pack printers on there side into boxes as this destroyed our printer (common sense not to load on its side and ink damaged everything in the box).
Look forward to hearing from you with regards to credit as promised.

Despite my tallboy not being stickered and thus not being delivered until a week later Conroy was great to deal with, an honest mistake and very helpful

It seems that once the invoice was paid at the beginning of our companies engagement of service the service level dropped. Essential parts of our equipment were left in Auckland which were required in Christchurch. Without these parts the item which was transported to Christchurch could not be used as intended. If we had of known that these essential items would be left in Auckland we would not have hired Conroy's. Communication from Conroy'sChas unfortunately been poor to being close to non-existent.
We would likely use Conroy's again but we would be cautious in doing so.

The overall service was good. No breakage of any the items Conroy staff packed in boxes and they did a quick job packing the truck at the Palmy address. One concern was that when the containers were unloaded at the Flaxmere address, the staff person in charge of the first container said the large sofa couldn't be moved into the house as it was too large for the doorway. As the furniture was the last to be unloaded from the containter and end of the day, I did not have the time to measure the door frame to ensure it would fit. Later I measured the door and the sofa would have fit with legs removed (a 5 minute job). I called Conroy Napier and it took 3 days to get two Conroy staff over to move the sofa into the house.

From Carolyn to Cameron, Lester, Gary and the other guy (sorry mate) that came with Cameron on 20 December I enjoyed the interaction that each person brought. They all appeared to help each other and worked tirelessly to meet our deadline.
All good except Auckland organizing delivery
I am yet to unpack all of my stuff so am unsure of there condition so I'm hoping it is all fine. The service was good except for the Auckland office organising delivery. Noone ever answered their office phone and I was not told when delivery had been arranged. It was not until I finally go through to someone in their office that they told me delivery had already been arranged, but I had not been notified.

There are many practices within your service that are inefficient and not reliable. I couldn't read the carbon copy of my inventory when you packed up my place in Havekock North. What was written on my delivery were incorrect. They related to a previous customer that were on the box.
My couches were in storage for 5 weeks not wrapped in any plastic. You men forgot to take my microwave so I had to call you back.
It appears that the person who comes out to assess the job doesn't give a clear message to the packers because they were about to pack items that were chattels.
The men were friendly and helpful on the day but their job could be made so much easier with more efficient inventory systems in place.
I was advised I would be told the day before when the moving team would arrive to uplift my furniture. I did not receive a personal call and so had to contact your company myself to get an arrival time. When I did I was given a two hour uplift window much later in the day than I had expected or wanted. The crew did not arrive until 12.15 which was after the time I had been advised. When they did arrive there was barely any communication, apart from “can you show us around”. It was unclear who was leading the team of 3. The crew took over 4.5 hours to
load the van and it was obvious they were in no hurry at all. The length of time it took meant I was late to attend my preinspection visit. To speed the move up I moved furniture myself out of rooms to make the process go faster.
The day of delivery my settlemt was delayed until after 4pm. When I was able to access my new home I advised you company who. Very luckily this time more crew were available, inc
