What a great experience - from the quote with it's detailed photos and data capture on an ipad (which inspired confidence) to a prompt quote.
And on the move day, a great group of guys - worked hard despite being a massive move. They were a magnificent crew and a testimony to your company.

job 2443544 moving piano from St Paul's to St John's was excellent. People kwew what to do and didn't need to borrow a tool.
a/ moving piano: movers didn't know exactly what to do. I lend them a screw driver!
b/ They didn't want moving parts from church to the container. "Wasn't what they had to do". This was the job on a hourly rate.
Pick up tean was 1.5hrs late, and I had to call at 30 mins late to see what was happening - dissappointing.
All went well with clearing the house.
But not finished by 4pm (hand over time) and it was embarrising when the new owners turned up and couldn't get in.
Very happy with Conroy’s. The guys were helpful and when it came to delivering the furniture they were very accommodating with waiting on settlement.
My move was a complicated one and Conroy made it relatively stress free; a particular thanks to Sophie Richards who provided outstanding service.
Conroy Removals moved our items out of our old home to their company storage facility in Christchurch. In early July, our items were then moved ex-storage to our new home.
The Conroy delivery crew arrived early at our new home and we were greeted by them as soon as we arrived. The Team Leader (Richard) introduced himself and the team (Stephen and Jassper). This made it easier for us to address and converse with individual crew members throughout the morning. It was great to see that one of our favourite packer's Stephen was part of the crew. We were immediately put at ease when we saw him, as we knew that he had a hard work ethic and that he'd handle our items with great care.
An extra element of difficulty arose due to our moving day being wet and raining at times. However, the crew still managed to work quickly and efficiently - whilst being aware of safety and their surroundings at all times. We really appreciated that the crew put down blankets to cover the flooring (as requested) - due to the carpets having been cleaned the day before and with it raining on and off outside.
Richard's management of the crew was fantastic, as everything ran timely and with no major issues. Richard and Stephen went the extra mile, particularly with the setup and configuration changes of our lounge suites to accommodate the smaller spaces that they had to fit within. All the while, Jassper continued to work diligently by unloading the small remainder of boxes in the truck.
We were extremely impressed with the coordination, facilitation and services provided by all of Conroy's staff (i.e. Sales Consultant, Packers, Movers, Truck Drivers, Administration, Finance and Storage staff). They provided a dedicated, committed, trustworthy, friendly and professional service to us from start to finish.
We'd highly recommend Conroy Removals to anyone looking for a moving company that will take the stress and hassle out of moving your items within New Zealand.
