We are pleased that we chose Conroy when we moved house from Havelock North to Wellington. The administrative staff were very helpful and efficient in providing quotes and dealing with all of our queries. A team from Napier packed everything over a two day period and then loaded the truck the following day. We thought they were supurb - extremely friendly, communicative and careful. We were also grateful that we were not required to pay for storage, even though we arranged for the truck to be loaded on Thursday and unloaded at our new house the following Monday (4 days later). Delivery was satisfactory, although a few cartons ended up in the wrong rooms. Once we had unpacked, we were able to arrange for Conroy to collect all the packaging materials for reusing/recycling. In all, a great service.

Luke was awesome giving the onsite quote, Raymond and George were fantastic help with boxes and packaging materials, and Joanne was great with Communications.On moving day, Cuz and Cody, were amazing and worked super hard as a two person team on what was booked as a three person job. They were highly professional, and really kind and considerate, and were careful with my precious family heirlooms. Cuz was incredible with his truck driving skills and getting the truck down the driveway between the trees. They are both an asset  to your company. The previous day Cody, Mo, and Cuz worked as a team and moved my partner into the house. So I know that the great service and team effort that I saw and the hard work was not a one off. They all deserve a raise. No improvement  necessary. thank you to all your team who played a part in what was a stressful time, and they all made it go smooth and stress free. 

Both pick up and delivery teams were great, in particular the younger man doing the collection who worked incredibly hard and was very attentive - much appreciated!

Also, a big 'thank you' to Rachel in the office for her super-speedy responses, clear explanations and general friendliness AND to Colin for his exceedingly prompt response when there was some confusion around the starting time on pick up day and for ensuring that it all worked as originally planned.

Was a bit disappointed as the truck wasn't big enough for our gear and we ended up having to some of our own trips . I had done the inspection with the lady who quoted and did mention all our gear but some was not on the list .  Also I very disappointed that going through some boxes there was linen in with stuff from the fridge which all had to be thrown out . Labelling was minimal .
