A truck picked up my household in Te Awamutu, the guys did not have the inventory and my friend informed them of the gears needed to be taken. That was Dec 6th. Early last week I emailed and was told Thurs or Friday for delivery to my place in Wellington. Its Monday 16th. No furniture still. No word from Conroy.

Tim and Tana were awesome they explained the packing process to me and I was even able to sleep in my own bed right up to the last day. They made the process fun and went out of their way to even dismantled furniture to make sure everything fitted into the container. They kept on reassuring me that everything would fit as I was having panic attacks that I would have to leave stuff behind. I am really grateful to them as I was dreading the whole pack up.
I had a delay with our kitchen being ready and conroys helped and assured me they would wait. I spoke with the manager in Auckland and he made sure that my kitchen will arrive on time. The guys who delivered went out of there way and loaded the heavy kitchen on our deck. They made it possible and that’s what I liked. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for making our dream kitchen possible

I was annoyed that after confirming delivery date was the takeover date (11th Dec), you wanted to deliver on the 10th! Also a crucial part of the queen slat bed was missing on delivery; my request for assistance has had no response. Service good otherwise.
Conroy made this process so simple for us. Clear communication and all of our possessions were handled with care. Couldn't ask for more.
