We cannot fault the service given to us on our pack and move over seas , 

The removal men were always brilliant. Lional who delivered our belongings on his own with some really heavy items was very strong and an extremely pleasant man. A reading lamp on a stand was completely munted and a card table had a hole in it. I put these on the form. one box was broken at the bottom and a large carva bowl from Fiji had two legs smashed off .if a box is collapsing surely it should be retaped rather than moved from place to place eith stuff falling out. I couldnt put this on the form as I hadn't unpacked it. An Asian cupboard had a split in the nmiddle of one side probably from being hit by something. The lamp could have been broken down rather than transported as it was with no packing. the paintings that were packed were brilliant. We have used you many times and were disappointed this time. I repeat the packers and  delivery men were wonderful. What happened when items were reloaded damage occurred.

From the packing in Orange NSW to the unloading in New Plymouth, from the wrapping to the removal of all cartons (including taking away my own 100 boxes!), from the courteous staff during my 9 month storage of materials in NZ, to some limited compensation for damage to a family heirloom (efficiently dealt with), I am completely satisfied that this company endeavours to provide a most excellent service and would highly recommend it to any prospective customer. Whilst the packing team that were sent to my house from the North Island were very pleasent and nice, it wasn't until after they had packed and gone that I found they had missed packing several cupboards and draws in the kitchen. Also during the packing process into the truck, I had to keep going back around and pointing out things they had forgotten to load. I almost feel like they were more interested in talking and having a smoko break, than ensuring they had everything. The truck driver was very nice and helpful though.Also when the goods were delivered, there wasn't clear information on the outside of the boxes to tell you what was in them, so everything just got put everywhere with no rhyme nor reason. My bedroom furniture ended up in 3 different rooms in the house it was delivered to. Also some of my furntuire was damaged as there was no packing put around my antique draw sets, and my new freezer has a large gark (dent) in the side of it, as with my fridge having lots of small dents in it. I have moved several times in the last few years, but this was the one I have had the most issues with.

I did however appreciate that Conroys were able to move me at very short notice which saved me a lot of stress.
