Our experience with Conroys was excellent. Two days before Level 4 was reached we had the packers in to pack us up. Level 4 hit and we were unable to move and remained in our house for 5 weeks until Level 3 enabled us to take the ferry to the South Island. During lockdown we managed to just look at the boxes and didn't start unpacking!!! During lockdown Conroys continued to keep up the great comunications. When Level 3 was reached they quickly organised the final pack and transferred our goods into storage. After 12 weeks of storage our consignment was delivered to our new location all intact. The whole team at Conroys are brilliant...everyone was helpful...and I would highly recommend anyone to use this company. Thank you Team Conroys.

Both fridges were badly dented, a table leg broken and boxes damaged. Very disappointing. The cost of damage amounted to more than Conroy's billing. Not happy sorry.

The Guys were FANTASTIC...Great to see Api again, he moved me into Shakespeare Rd! The packing was efficient...done in 5 hours, including a lunch break. So much for Kyle saying 11 hours packing (which I supposed I payed for??)... I would like to add, that my Phone Experience with Kyle was un pleasant. I found him Condesending, he Over Talked Me several times & I found him to be quite rude... Not very good at Customer Service!I The load up went well & the Delivery. Can't remember the Guys name who was there all 3 days? Cody, or Cobie or something... He was the lovliest bloke & worked really hard. This was the 3rd time I have used Conroys & have found them to be excellent.
