Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersHello, this move was booked in my partners name, my name is Sue Howe and your company relocated me from Auckland in August 2019, this was fantastic services so much so I havd already referred your company to other people, having moved over 6 times in the last 5 years I've expereinced many moving companies. The move from Auckland to Tauranga was by fat the best ever. However the move from the old address was one of the worst experiences.
They arrived one and half hours late, we had to phone your office twice to find out what was happening and we were assured they would be an hour late, after this hour had passed we had to phohne your office again to find out what was going on they eventually arrived 90 minutes late.
The guys were pleasent enough however didn't respect our goods, when we arrived at the new address, they ended up just dumping stuff in our garage which we were unsure where we wanted it to go. However it was they way they didn't even try to put our good in an order we could access or move it easily. It was baisicly dumped in the garage a few boxes have been broken, my stop sign I had in the garage is broken, again it was not respected. These items are not expensive however they should have treated these items with respect.
Your compnay is not the cheapest which we understood and we were prepared to pay the higher fees for good service.
We are really disapointed with your service as a mortgatge broke and my partner is a real estate agent we are always working with people who need removal comanies, after this expereince we are not sure we would recommend your company again.
Special mention to Max and his team for their hard working effort loading up from Auckland and also for Max and one other employee when they unloaded in Papamoa. Incredible service.
Movers were lovely and super sweet!!! Just poor communication from the administravtive end. I haven't recevied a invoice regarding to overall costs. However I know I didn't enter my email correctly and fucked up the address. Movers were in constant communication with me and super lovely through this. Probably just a follow up call and email would of been good, regarding booking and invoice. I would use again though because was super easy and fairly stress free as I was in a different island at the time of the move. Don't take this super serious and to heart, I am not phased, just some people as psychos and don't want you guys to cop it incase this happens again.
Great service all way through from quote to delivery. Made the move so much easier for us.

Mostly a good experience. Efficient service initially and pleased the team were adaptable to include some late amendments. A little surprised the whole amt agreed needs to be paid up front, but that may be industry standard. Maybe some unclear comms on our part but was surprised that a fridge picked up in Auckland a week before could not be delivered in the Hauraki to meet with the pick-up of other items. Delivery of final goods to Sth Island was swift....but again was told they would come Thu/Fri and then got call they would deliver 4 pm day before (and we hadn't even settled the property yet!). Got a "small" rebate on unused recycled boxes that we actually returned - price for these I thought a little steep. Overall would recommend.

The Conroy service was amazing, we organised shipping with very short notice around Christmas holiday time and the Conroy team made it so smooth! The packing team were absolute pros! Thanks
I am quite satisfied with the handling of my initial query of services to the main office but NOT happy with the local team handling the tasks:
- No proper feedback to all my questions and concerns. Sometimes to get to my answer, I had to send few reminder emails or call directly
- Lack of precision: I have had two containers, on the delivery day, they delivered the wrong container which I had to raise a complain & they had to fix it later
- Lack of accountability: During the delivery, the entry fence was broken which is inevitable , but it requires urgent attention to fix or compensate it. But No action was done and there was No answer to all my follow up which ended up escalating the case to the company top managements
I am very happy with the delivery people who did the job on-site at my home. They were very professional & respectful people
Our storage & retrival experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The packaging was good, we were charged a lot less than we would normally have been, & the items were delivered when we said we would pick them up - which was much appreciated. However, locating the items in storage was difficult, and this delay meant we were close to calling the retrival off altogether.
