Your crew made this move so much better and easier than I expected. THeir efficiency was second to none and they were so friendly and helpful. If I were to move again I would certinly use Conroy removals.

Difficulty in getting an ETA more informative than 'after midday' created a little difficulty.
Very pleased with those doing the packing and loading - they were diliegent, finished early and still had space in the container for additional items - several CB2 left unfilled - the person doing the allocation of space perhaps needs to review how space is allocated - an expectation had been set that we were over a full 20ft container so we worked hard to get rid of items that would take space to be sure we were within the paramiteres - (that was disappointing)
Very flexible esp for a small load and delivery time shorter than expected. Great communication thanks

We were very grateful to Kirstyl and others for helping us en route as we urgently switched from a Nelson destination to a Christchurch one. This helped us so much. Thank you again On the downside, the loading up in Gisborne wasn't done well which became apparent as always is when off loading this end. Some furniture has been scratched and where boxes were marked This Way Up, they weren't! Things have leaked. Fragile marked boxes were often placed at bottom too. Several things have already been found broken and we haven't finished yet! The Gisborne end team were very fast in loading up while we both went to grab some lunch so sadly we didnt see what was happening and were very surprised at their speed of work. Now we know why. But yes we would certainly recommend Conroy's again because of your help and care and kind shown when we needed it. Gill and.
