Was great to see everything was wrapped in Conroy packing. Excellent job guys. Whether anything is broken or not, it doesn't matter as that is down to our packing. You have done a splendid job and when we bring our goods back to NZ in a few years time with lots of extra things as well, we will be contacting Global and yourselves. :-) Great job. Totaly seamless.
All on time, friendly and professional. No issues.
There was no communication on the day prior to our removal as to time truck would arrive. I found out by ringing your office. Pick up at our house was great. Truck was on time and staff were efficient and friendly. The delivery in Taupo was far from satisfactory. Truck arrived promptly at time indicated. However there was only the driver to unload the truck. Promised assistant did not arrive. This meant my husband needed to help him with the large heavy items which were unsafe for him to lift alone. This was definitely a health and safety issue. One of the reasons we contracted a moving company was so that my husband did not have to do this and we were charged for a service we did not receive. It is a shame these organisational issues let down what was otherwise an efficient move.
The guys who came to pick up our stuff were amazing, the office girls were amazing as well. Dispatch department could have been better with information as we had no idea what time truck was turning up. I had missed a call from them and they left a message but never called back and also didn't leave a time. I called 5 times and left messages and never heard back and the office girls weren't able to find out what time they were coming either. Other than that everything was great.

Very poor communication with where our item actually was and a very slow delivery time.
We finally had communication via a phone call half an hour before our goods were to be delivered to our door (we were away on holiday, lucky someone close by was able to meet truck driver).
We had a very successful house lots delivery a few months before this current delivery, so was disappointed that this occurred.

Hi there, the service and contact was easy and lovely. The pick-up in Auckland on the 30Dec went really well and the 2x men that did the move were lovely and professional. The only hiccup was that I wasn't aware on the drop-off date in Wellington so the items were delivered to the Natioanal Storage Lower Hutt while I was away in Taupo. If I was informed the date of delivery via email I apologise, but I can't seem to find any notification saying the date of drop-off from your Operations Team. I just received a phone call from the Storage facility while in the bush saying my things were left there. No calls from Conroy. I would have made arrangements to leave my locker key at reception or be there in person to make sure move was smooth. I now have to somehow find some local labours to pay to help me move my things from the entrance and into my locker as I can't do it myself (single person in a new City I don't know anyone to help me). The only comms I had about the delivery was that it would be 3-7 days and I'd be contacted by Operations.
