Considering the move was right in the middle of the chaos of Covid19 Conroys handled everything very well. It was not a straight-forward job as I got stuck in a different country to my furniture and was not able to easily organise the furniture to be ready for moving as it was previously stored in a lockup. Conroys handled this situation well. The furniture did take many weeks to arrive, longer than usual or what was expected (due to Covid), and we did have one furniture item damaged. However, there were many shifts in and out of containers and trucks to make it to our new address and I was kept informed about the delay. So all in all, things went very well.

Brandon and Luke who unloaded my belongings in Napier were polite, quick and careful. I would highly recommned Conroy Removals, and thank them for the great service.

The customer service throughout my move/storage was great, and the two guys (Tony & Steve I think) in Auckland who packed the container were very polite and funny - it was nice to have a laugh at such a stressful time! Thank you!

A number of furniture items broken. Damage to fence and retaining wall when the truck left the property. Photos of damage sent in seperate email.

I have used Conroys twice in the past. My experience is that staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful and that Conroy's genuinely care about taking care of people's belongings, which obviously shows they care about their reputation as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in future if needed, and always recommend to others who may be looking for a moving company.

Where is my container? I was told between 4 and 6 weeks. It's been almost 12 and still nothing. Just a bill for the incineration of a Christmas ornament. Thanks
