We had an excellent experience throughout the beginning of the move from Brisbane to New Zealand. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. The cost was really affordable for the excellent service that was given. The removelist on both sides were the best. 10 out of 10. Thankyou Conroy for an excellent job. Well done.

From the reasurring help of initial enquiries, to the constant updates and communication of where our shipment was. Huge complimemts to Jamie in Alexandra, who was extremely friendly, understanding, reliable and flexible with our delivery times as the tenants hadn't vacated the property. It would have been 5 stars, except for the Auckland end. The initial communication and customer service from Joanne was excellent, the 2 packers were great and on time, the pick up guys were great, on time and did an awesome job. My household goods were in storage in Auckland for 2 weeks only after I had paid for a month. Received a prompt credit and communication of delivery day from Katie, and that's when it fell apart after that. Joanne had to contact Akld storage after I emailed her, to find out arrival time of truck for delivery on 15 November which was 8.30am, as we did not receive any sort of communication informing us. Unlike Wanganui end when we received a text message the day before on 30 October. The truck arrived 3.5 hours late with no communication, we had to ring several numbers to find out what was going on. Got to talk to Rachel who sounded frustrated and blamed rain and Akld weather and didn't know where the truck was. Understand Akld traffic but 3.5 hours late? When the guys finally turned up we were told that it was late becasue they had been waitng for a truck from New Plymouth and it had arrived late. Didn't expect to have to lower our expectations as the Wanganui end service that was provided was excellent.
Staggering amount of damage!!! Multiple dents to fridge freezer and anything wooden.
