Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI booked this job on the understanding that appropriate packaging would be available for my beds and sofas. I was assured that the plastic etc would be on the truck & so I was happy to confirm the job. When the guys arrived there was no such packaging and I spent considerable time trying to organise delivery of the same. One staff member at reception was great, the other at the depot, not so helpful. The young men that did the move were very pleasant & efficient. All in all, perhaps there may have been a communication breakdown but I believe that the customer service at the depot end needs improvement!

Lester and his team were professional, laid back and went above and beyond our expectations. They treated our belongings with care and thoughtfulness.
Good communication. Easy to arrange quote and book our move. Packers and movers were all very friendly, helpful and experienced. Everything was packed, moved and delivered in perfect condition on the exact days we requested :)

I found the staff, from the office to the drivers to be pleasant to talk to and helpful it was a excellent service thank you
I have left the 'Where can we improve' section as we feel we had great service from the time we contacted you through to delivery. There was no damage as far as we could see and the actual pickup and packing in the truck by just two staff was amazing. In our opinion they worked very hard but were really careful with the handling and loading of our home contents. On delivery there were 4 staff, one of which was from our pickup. Again we thought they worked hard and like the pickup were courteous and friendly.
