Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersPlease make sure the driver has the up to date version of the itineray and has looked at it, we had a split delivery and plants where delivered to wrong house and they had seen better days, also my parents did explain to packers what was staying at whiritoa yet 2 plants arrived at there new house and other stuff, and also the labelling of the boxes was pretty bad as much as I would like to have x-ray vision I do not , but there stuff arrive in one piece and on time and the driver and loading crew were lovely, and christine and brooke were also amazing . I was told the day before that my furniture would be delivered between 10am-11am. I had to drive from Porirua to Palmerston North to meet them there, I was ready and waiting at 10am, still hadn't heard a thing by 11am. So I called the branch and was told someone would be there by 12:15pm. So yeah, wasted my time waiting around. Would have at least expected the driver to say they're running late or whatever, at least be honest rather than not communicating at all.

Overall experience excellent apart from damage to a cabinet that we were considering replacing anyway. Would have been 5 stars but for that
Great team at Conroys, they're friendly staff engage easily with you, they know how to take the stress out of moving house. "We'll take care of that, it's not a problem, all good"...just let the experts take care of you, that was our experience.
This was the second part a move you conroy did for us. There was minor damage resulting from the first move but we were prepared to suck it up. The second move has been really disappointing. Two couches that had just been refurbished were damaged. While the guys that delivered them drew our attention to the damage no-one wanted to pick up the issue and fix it for me. I have been given a claim form to fill out but feel as though it is now up to me to get the repairs organised. I would like to think that as Conroy were responsible they would organise putting it right.

Staff were helpful and cheerful. Packing was generally well executed, professional and communicated well.
Unfortunately a few boxes got wet (due apparently to a leak in the roof of the truck), but fortunately there was no significant damage due to those specific boxes not containing valuables. A minimum expectation of a removal compay is that their trucks are waterproof. Hopefully the leak has been fixed so that the next customer is not similarly affected.....
