Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersEverything was perfect until it came to delivery of the items to my House. Truck arrived for empty, to pickup" crates...rather than deliver them, with the driver stating Oops I read the docket wrong. They hen returned to base, got the crates, but delivere dthem open, with no tops....forgot to get the tops, which then had to be deliverd a week later.
Not a biggy, and eveyone was ALWAYS, polite and professional, but logistocs and delivery perhaps needs looking at to make sure you are not wasting your own time and money..

Overall my experience with Conroys was excellent.. However, there was one problem . I had told them I likely had Covid and it seems the internal communication broke down. The guys that uplifted from me had thought I wouldn't be in the house, as that was the plan at one stage. They had on their job sheet that I wouldn't be there. Nathan decided I did need to be there as I was sending gear to two different addresses. I said I would stay mostly and obviously wore a mask and was not coughing. The guy that rang me from Napier to confirm pickup knew that I would be at the house. But when the 2 guys pulled up the driver was quite cross that i was there, they hadn't had the message that the plan changed. I felt bad but it wasn't my fault.
Package was picked up on the 6th April. It got delivered to Bluff on 3rd May....I am aware of transport issues at present....I had to make all the calls to find out where my item was.....
Not sure if this time amount is normal.....I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks...not a big issue.
I haev had to leave the area so have not seen the item yet.
The last 2 items which were left at the depot arrived yesterday. The cabinet which was the treasured piece now has a smashed window, a number of deep scratches and the back has fallen off. My flatmate was home at the time of delivery and said he heard it being bashed around on delivery which is not what we would expect.
I now need to start an insurance claim for repair. What is the process for this

Most impressed with the packing and have found no damage so far! Super impressed with the truck drivers skill in getting up our challenging new driveway! All worked as a team really well. Thanks so much!
A very professional team who went beyond my expectations. Nothing broken or lost. I couldn't fault them at all. This is my second move with conroys another 10+ from me.
Admin process - there seemed to be a bit of confusion with days and things on this.

Dave and team were very pleasant and helpful. They delivered our goods efficently with out fuss. They were very friendly and always helpful. Very fit ,quick and strong, they got got the job done beofre you knew it. Top class company with top class employee team. I recon you cant go wrong with Conroy I am satisified and will definitely use the boys again to relocate again when/if ineed
