Made a stressful time so much better
The guys were very professional and respectful and made a stressful time so much better. Cannot praise them enough, especially the person who was in charge of placing everything in the truck.
All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient
The overall experience was positive. All staff - sales, admin, and movers - were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The only negatives were:
1. Communication before pickup. I had to phone Conroy's the day before pickup to find out when to expect the truck. This communication about timing was better managed at the delivery end.
2. A desktop Personal Computer, packaged and wrapped with "FRAGILE" tape, has been damaged. It no longer starts up properly, and I will need to send it to technicians for a repair quote.
Fantastic
Conroy's moved my furniture from Richmond to storage in Tauranga, and picked it up from storage and delivered it to my new house a couple of weeks later. I cannot speak more highly of the gentlemen on both occasions, they were fantastic. Thank you.

Happy pair of guys with good vibes
We left the 'baking trays' in a hidden drawer! Not your fault but it was the only thing to go wrong! Nice people especially the two packers Lucy and Johnny.
The team who unpacked were great putting the bed together and a happy pair of guys with good vibes. Thank you team, great service.
Well done Team Conroy
Tim lead the team with humour and hard work, he was amazing and kept us all on a calm level mood. Very little so far has been broken, our items are packed with care and precision. The team lifted and carted our many many boxes without a groan, they were all polite and good hearted, used respect and care for us and our items. The communication throughout the whole team from office to packers and lifters was excellent, from the "making a decision phase" to the "come and pick up the empty boxes" has been made easy and efficient. Well done Team Conroy.
Highly recommend this amazing team
All the staff were so helpful, friendly and nothing was a problem. They made us feel at ease and communicated with us on each stage of the move. Highly recommend this amazing team.

It was helpful to have someone come and assess the house to understand how much there was to move.
The guys who came to help me with my furniture were on time, friendly and worked very hard. They also communicated very well. It was good to see that they took a lot of care of my belongings.
If all of your team are as good as the guys that helped me, you would have a very good team.
