I would like to say that the communication and follow up from the North Island area was appaling however the South Island communication and help with my boxes whereabouts was fantastic, so moving with in the south island I would use this company but not for interisland as it whenever I phoned the customer services on the 0800 and Auckland numbers really didn't seem to care and they said they would follow up and ring you back but never did, these people really need to understand the importance of this for any business especially when offering a service that moves personal effects

We found the support and advice provided top rate. It was a difficult time to move (Covid) but it went through without any geat difficulty. A special thank you to Alfie who worked very hard to deliver our funiture to spit locations. He carried it out with a smile on his face at a rapid pace without stopping. It is no doubt that without him the delivery would not have been done in a day. Just a note to the packers, it there are two TVs or lounges etc, it would be very helpfull if there could be some information on the inventory list to distinguish them (ie model, colour or brand). This would have made it a little easier to sort if doing a split delivery. Also the packing inventry list was scribbled, which made it very hard to understand what was written also the abbreviations were not clear.
Missing 2x 5kg dumbell weights - have enquired about this already and am repeating here. The delivery was a few hours off schedule.
Very poor handling of items, with several broken or loss. No communication in advance with delivery day or rough time. Just got a phone call an hour before delivery, even when I specifically told them before that I work out of town so I need at least one day notice as I won't be able to just leave work and drive back at any time they called. I guess they expect me to sit at home 24/7 and wait for them. And it's been nearly a month since the move, haven't heard back from anyone regarding the damaged items.
