The communication is so poor, they asking for same document all over, customer service answering emails with delay, now we have to wait until more shipment come to our destination area so they can send a truck to finally deliver.....
The staff are friendly and efficient, with a good attitude
Considering shipping problems covid etc We were pleased our goods were here in 4 months.
Other people were predicting a much longer wait.

NPR-AKL. So pleased I opted to go for removers, my only regret is that I didn't just box up more for you to take instead of trying to take a carload myself. Moving staff were friendly and I helped them all out with moving stuff. Really feel for the guys on delivery as there is a bit of a steep hill to go up, but they handled it well and didn't complain. Would use Conroys again.

This is the second time I have used Conroy, I find their service efficent, with great communication.
We hired 3 guys and a truck all the guys were excellent in handling our belongings and told us a couple time to let them do all the heavy lifting so we could take it easy, thanks for great service
The team did a fine job moving our goods from St Heliers to Whitford. Everyone really friendly and helpful. We raised our eyebrows at some of the packing (sturdy items packed carefully while some more fragile items not so well packed) but overall it was a great effort. Thank you Conroys!
This rating relates to return of our possessions that were in storage for about 18 months. The guys did a fine job of offloading on Monday 12th Sep, however we have already noted serious damage to various items (e.g. nearly new leather sofas have scuff marks and bad indentations/creases, ditto some leather bar stools, side of microwave badly dented, flower pot broken, glass from picture frame broken), plastic container holding precious photos badly crushed. We haven't yet opened most of the boxes so I'm worried that there will be more damage.
The biggest surpise here is that I don't think furniture was wrapped in plastic and properly protected, which seems bizarre for goods going into storage.
I have indicated above that I would still use Conroys again because this feels like an abberation based on us using services a number of times since we've been in NZ, and they have mostly been excellent. I seem to recall the packing team didn't arrive on time originally and I had to call to report my concerns. I suspect that a team was sent to do the job that was not geared to packing carefully for storage purposes.
Conroys have been quick to acknowledge our claim for the damaged goods, so I'm sure they will do their best to make things right.
They lost one of my boxes during my move very disappointed.
