All my stuff arrived safely in NZ from NYC. Conroy kept me up to date as the arrival time of the ship changed. The people who delivered it were friendly ane efficent. My only complaint; my shipment was in Christchurch and cleared customs and quaratine but it was more than a week between getting the clearance and arriving at home - where was it? I had to follow up before it was finally delivered
Great service all round, furniture was kept in good condition and wrapped very well. Everything went smoothly, much appreciated! Took so much stress off of our move from Hamilton to Dunedin.

They kept me informed of every aspect of my move from Australia to New Zealand and everything they said that would need to happen, did happen and in the time frame they gave at the start. The 2 young guys we had were polite and curtious . Handled our furniture with care so have no complaints.

A number of items were damaged , one even through bubble wrapping. However the customer sevice was great.
