I am over seas shipping and the size of container was incorrect I paid for 4 cube and it was barely 2 no refund
the shipment was picked up beginning February and I just got it July 13th I could have swam the ocean faster
it was also selected for inspection that took 2 weeks for some reason and cost me more money $400 and I can't see why this is my issue
if the government wants to inspect stuff it should be on there dollar or the shipping company I have never seen such a crap show
6 months to move 12 items what a joke
This is the second move with Conroy; they make it very easy right from the start. Knowledgeable staff and door to door removalists. Thanks once again.
Thje guys were polite and willing did all i asked done with a smile.
Great care of our possessions, all well wrapped and handled carefully. Good attitude of your people at both ends of the move. Good communication. Should have checked accessibility at this end. Would have been fine with a truck with one container but too big a challenge for the large truck that turned up with two containers on the deck.
Rick and Paul were fantastic representatives of your company. They were friendly, obliging and went above what was expected of them in completing the job. They included our young children in the unloading which made it a great experience for them. Would highly recommend, and a special thanks for those two
Conroy Removals was really great to work with! Lynn kept me up to date with everything as soon as she knew and the guys that delivered our things were personable and professional. I will recommend this company to others in the future.
The guys were all pretty good overall. Clear communicaton from Mike (lead), and good steady mostly careful effort from James and Alex.
However, two things let the team down. The hallway was damaged in the process of carrying an item of furniture, leaving a 2.5 cm black mark and 2mm depth dent, and a wider area where the paint has been scruffed. There is no way that could have happened without the person(s) responsible knowing. While not desireable, I understand that there is high risk of that happening. What is dissappointing is not being told. The other less concerning thing is that one of the guys sat on a wooden dining room chair while it was placed on the uneven concrete driveway. Not a good look for anyone to be sitting on the customers furniture, at in this risking damage to the furniture.
A little thought and training would easily help prevent those two issues.
Lastly, I am yet to recieve an invoice for the job.

The guys were awesome
Initially difficult to make contact with a person - not sure if phone line was being monitored in Napier Suggest that gets looked into - otherwise would have been a five star rating. Communication after that was great, as was the customer service and organising a delivery time.
