The truck dripped puddles of oil on our concrete and when i mentioned it they said yeah the truck leaks oil. They also ran over our umbrella stand and have buckled it. It was new last summer. I had moved it over to the grass edge and they still hit it. I have taken photos. They also left one of the heavy items, a chest, behind that I had asked them to move for me. They had to do tricky manoeuvers to get the beds round doorways and, other than these 2 upsets, were very obliging.
Collected and delivered on time and in good order
The removal team worked very hard,were very efficient and polite.
PROBLEMS - 1. They have wiped out the gate and gate post and Conroys will have to replace. Solicitors have been advised. 2. We paid an extra $535 for the marble table to be crated. The team did not have any knowledge of this and the table has been shifted unprotected.
Swift & smooth service, very happy with the move on the day. I understand using service during busy time of the year, but would be great to communicate timing of move a little earlier but overall great experience.
