This is the second time we have used them. Zack and Alister are top men I cannot speak highly enough of them. So thoughtful. Even asked after moving everything into its correct place if there was anything we might want changed before they left! Great personalities, super thoughtful 5 stars to them
Whilst we didn't expect it, getting updates on ship docking and key dates for customs clearance and delivery was very much appreciated.
The day my furniture was picked up was terrible. Employees or contractors had called in sick so the yard crew had to attend (they were amazing) When the contractors turned up with the container they moaned about everything and advised they would not take control of the items so the yard crew had to remain finish the job. I had to end up leaving (to get to airport) but the two yard crew attended need to the thanked and praised for attending. A+ for them F for the contractors who didn't take control or pride in their job.
Great service thanks. Antique furniture was very well looked after. only one minor issues, some emails addressed to recipient even though senders address used.
Fantastic service, the three guys that did the heavy lifting were so helpful and obliging. One of the easiest moves we've had. Thanks Conroys for everything.
Michael and Ben were just awesome. It was an awkward move, logistically and there were some very heavy items but they didn't let up and managed well together. It was also a hot day! So a big thank you to 2 hard working men.
The packimg of our goods at Nelson was not the usual great job that we expect from Conroys. There are several scuff marks on the wooden furniture and this was noticed by your Tauranga crew who commented about the way it was packed. Also we had our own sack barrow in the container & this was missing when the container was opened in the Mount.
I think you need to be clear with customers that their items will arrive looking like they have come out of a rubbish dumpster if they don't get insurance and packaging. My washing machine has turned up dented all over with black rub marks on it and it was smooth clean all white. To you it is an object. To me it was my deceased sister in laws last belongings to look after and pass to my nephew. If I realised zero care whatsoever would be shown to my items, I would have requested insurance and packing. The guy delivering said he would give me half an hours notice around lunchtime. I teach children. He called when he was at my house at 2:00pm so I had to rush home after waiting all morning for a call that didn't come. He didnt even realise the washing machine was mine and was about to leave with it. They did put the mattress in a plastic sleeve thankfully but not out of due care and diligence. It was because I requested it.
Good team and a successful move, pity about the long wait to get into new property due to solisitors delays all in all a good day
The guys were punctual, polite, and efficient in their work. The office staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - and they clearly communicate well with each other. Would recommend.
