Great teamwork!
THE TEAM WERE GREAT. BEN, DARRYN, SARGE, BILLY S. AND FIONA. ALL WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.
Very poor experience Extremely stressful , truck due to arrive at 9 got a phone call apparently the staff hadnt turned up to work , then 10 another phone call truck wont start apparently flat battery , phoned branch manager said he look into it and get back to me but never heard from him again and wouldnt answer phone till end of day , Truck finally arrives at 12 , Driver and a couple of young kids , 4 and half hours later truck loaded but couldnt fit everything on .Now this is where the service improves , they sent another truck to collect the balance and didnt charge us for it , would also like to mention that all the guys on both trucks were very helpful and friendly, especially Mike who I was dealing with mainly. So booked at 9am finished unloading at 7.30pm .

Nothing fine in the lead up to drop off. Lynn and Peter were very communicative and this is why I have awarded you a 2 star ranking.
Two issues - firstly we paid almost $500 for a quarantine fee and I was under the impression that our package with Arkay covered us for all such incremental costs both ends? I think Khun Pooky from Arkay is chasing this up from the Bangkok side.
The main issue was with delivery - again I understood that we had a full pack and unpack at both ends. The Thai side were impeccable, thorough and professional. At this end, whilst the big items (sofa, book cases etc) were unboxed and put in place, between 60-70 boxes (honestly, I lost count) were just dumped in the garage making it look like a warehouse. No bosses were touched or opened. I had to spend the day lugging the boxes around the house and opening etc. Even bigger items like hanging cases, huge paintings, bikes, big microwave oven, were left for me to do.
I was not told until yesterday that the boxes needed to be flattened and have had to spend another 2 hours this morning ensuring the huge number of boxes that were left unopened, in the garage, were flat ready for collection.
Peter just told me that the very basic should have seen the boxes opened and left in the appropriate room. A service which we clearly did not get and I do not feel that we got what we paid for from Conroy. Based on this experience, I would not use Conroy again, nor recommend to anyone else.

The removal team of 3 were brilliant, they made the choice of using Conroy's worthwhile.
Five Star Service
The service I received from you was five star. To say all my items travelled 12,000 miles and were handled several times by van, shipping, warehousing and two more van trips, there was only one casualty - a ceramic wall decoration. My only comment would be that perhaps more packing around the edges of ceramics might help. All my mirrors and framed family photographs arrived unscathed, as did all my furniture. I would recommend your services to anyone who needed a first class job moving their precious possessions.

our move a seamless experience.
