Amazing
Paul and the 2 Ds (Duncan & Daniel?) were amazing and so willing to accomodate what we needed. We needed some heavy lifting, moving of furniture and rearranging within our house and guesthouse. Paul made sure every aspect of the move was fully thought through and carefully executed. Loved the enthusiasm. Thanks guys, would have you back anytime.
The guys worked hard and were pleasant to deal with. Our only gripe is that they placed the sofas on their end without putting anything under them, so they got a bit dirty on the arms.
Everything arrived safe and sound.

The gentleman that delivered our goods to Umina Beach were professional, polite, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the correspondence from the office was poor as it took many phone calls to try and figure out why our goods had not yet been delivered only to find out via the grapevine that two items had arrived on one vessel and our actual container was now coming by rail as the ship has broken down. Otherwise very happy from the service received in New Zealand as well as the packing and happy with the service received on the ground in Australia.

I have used Conroy 4 times to move but this was really bad. I have a broken table leg that was obviously badly packed and will claim insurance on the damage. Also an old oak table was damaged and some panels ripped off which again shows a lack of care. I am surprised that the care and attention to detail has dropped causing the damage to my furniture.
From first contact with Conroy, the experience was great. Our agent was always responsive and communication was clear. On the day of delivery, the guys were on time, friendly and very accommodating with a tricky site.
