Brilliant
Brilliant moving service provided. Especially our team in the truck. Cuz, Cody and crew were fantastic with both the uplift and the moving in of our household stuff into our new house.
Can not thank them enough, it was the best house move I have ever had and they made the difference with their great attitude and excellent competence.
The 3 men who performed our move were great. They were courteous, got on with the job with no fuss, and were understanding when we asked them to uplift items they had not understood needed to go. We thought it was good there were 3 of them rather than 2, and it got even better when some reinforcements arrived a bit later. We were disappointed they did not arrive until about 1:30pm, when our booking confirmation indicated 8:00am. We had received a voicemal the day before to say it would be 11:30am, which was bad enough, and then on the morning of the move we were advised they had been delayed even further. We were extremely lucky that the purchaser was not trying to move in that afternoon, which would have been a disaster.
Excellent
Excellent service however packing needs improvement. Had 5 boxes and other large items moved international. 1 box only contained 4 small items which could have packed with more things. Would definitely recommend

Efficient
I was very happy with the service. Communication and updates along the way were excellent, I always knew where things are at and/or what is next, including estimates on time frames. Organising delivery was easy and efficient. I'm definitely happy to recommend Conroy.

Everything from booking to pick up and delivery was awesome. Communication was good. Pick up crew were excellent. Delivery to the storage unit was scheduled and delivered as per instructions that was emailed to the storage lady. Overall happy with the service again as this is the second time we have used Conroys. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you team.
