Communication with me was fantastic.  Moving Maids were fantastic - can't believe how fast they packed and everything was safely delivered. Movers did expect that the artwork had been packed the day before though.  I let them know the ladies had said the movers pack the art work. No problem for me - my artwork made it there safely :-)

I was really happy with the customer service I received, everyone was very helpful and friendly, however some of my things were damaged as it seems they were packed together too tightly. For example, my couch has a significant scrape along the frame, as does my bed, and my dresser has some damage to the front (my dresser was actually dropped twice, once on pick up near the truck and once on delivery in my bedroom). My bins were all we wedged together and this caused damage to one. I can provide photos if needed. It would be good to hear back from you on this, I think that more care needs to be taken when packing things together in the truck and storage, perhaps more wraps needed to be used. Thanks, Jacqui.
