I thoroughly recommend this company. The packers and movers took great care of my possessions. I also found the company very responsive and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Nelson team provided me with a range of boxes to allow me to pack up my household items for shipping to UK. They wrapped my musical instrument cases for protection. Everything arrived to the UK in the stated timeframe and in perfect condition. Communication was great. I was even able to track my goods en route as the details of the ship transporting them was supplied.
Still a great moving company we first used in 2006. However not quite as good as in 2006. Lots of minor damage - scratches and chips on furniture. But a very helpful and efficient team.

I always recommend Conroy's to friends and family moving home. Excellent service, communicaton, packing, delivery etc.

I have used Conroys to pack up & store then ship to the UK my 3 bedroom property from Havelock North NZ. I was very impressed with each stage of this. So when I needed to send 3 suitcases back to the UK from NZ I was very happy to contact Conroys again.. Again they took the worry out of this shipment for me. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

The packer did a wonderful job- not one thing broken or even chipped. He was brilliant. Beautiful job.
At Oamaru end four of them unpacked and were very quick. Very polite and helpfu. Cant fault them in any way.
And dont need to improve - if not broken: dont fix it.
We were told we'd have a truck to accomodate the whole shipment and a container turned up.
The two Tongan lads were not very careful at all, we saw them dropping stuff and even pushing a large leather sofa down a fire exit which has damaged the right hand corner.
We're still unpacking and have found several well packed fragile items are damaged.
Fridge is also scratched, so a pretty terrible service overall.
When I tried to call the office to chase the crate for a 75 inch TV I couldn't get a respoinse, other than a guy in Napier
Could only communicte with Auckland through the driver.
The challenges were in the last mile - communication was challening, scheduling was difficut, items dropped off the delivery truck - which is a shame, because large parts of the service were actually really good - punctuality, courteous staff, email commmunication (prior to goods arrival in country), customs and MPI clearance.
From my initial call with Mike to meeting the packing team and then the moving team has been nothing but professional. This also applies to the accounts team. Would highly recommend this company.
