Both pick up and delivery teams were great, in particular the younger man doing the collection who worked incredibly hard and was very attentive - much appreciated!
Also, a big 'thank you' to Rachel in the office for her super-speedy responses, clear explanations and general friendliness AND to Colin for his exceedingly prompt response when there was some confusion around the starting time on pick up day and for ensuring that it all worked as originally planned.
We appreciated the service that Conroys provided. Communication was good. Survey of furniture and goods to move did not identify that a slat queen bed needed to be completely dismantled. Only improvement could be to increase the labelling of boxes. We had quite a few boxes with no description and this was frustrating when trying to find specific items. Overall we were really happy with the packing and the move. Everyone was helpful.
Was a bit disappointed as the truck wasn't big enough for our gear and we ended up having to some of our own trips . I had done the inspection with the lady who quoted and did mention all our gear but some was not on the list . Also I very disappointed that going through some boxes there was linen in with stuff from the fridge which all had to be thrown out . Labelling was minimal .

Moving can be daunting but Conroy had been very helpful from start to finish. Penny from customer services was very helpful and a delight to deal with. The packer who came to pack my stuff was very efficient and fast. I would recommend Conroy to anyone planning to move their stuff.

The two gentlemen who packed up our belongings in New Zealand were on time, very efficient, finished earlier than the time set and overall did a fantastic packing job. Penny was a great moving coordinator she was always available & made it easy when it came to filling out documentation. I recieved regular updates on the progress of my shipment which was very helpful. Definitely happy with Conroys services.
