The computer desk had some wood chipped off at two of the feet, but other than that excellent service.

I asked what we should do with our sets of drawers, empty them or keep them full. Customer Service said keep them full as they would wrap them and carry them or take the drawers out if it was too heavy. I didn't notice until they'd been moved to our new house that the drawers had been taped shut with sellotape which when I removed it a few hours later removed some of the varnish. I would have preferred to have removed the drawers rather then have them taped which is why I called to ask how it was done (which turned out to be different than I was told). Customer Service staff and removal staff were nice, polite and professional, willing to help with the extra items and questions.

"Super friendly guys and all the people"
Super friendly guys and all the people I spoke to in the office efficient, helpful and friendly. This is my third "load" and I would be happy to use Conroys again (but not for a while hopefully!!!!!)
"Very pleased with the overall move"
Very pleased with the overall move. However, some of the packing left much to be desired, like a petrol can in with linen. However, found staff very curteous and friendly.

Staff for collection arrived with no understanding of scope of work; no labels and did not prepare an inventroy.
No communication re delay of shipment Napier - Auckland
Was never advised goods would be packed 3 times
Part of workbench was delivered damaged to job is still no complete and other items have been damaged or mislaid - noone can advise location.
Can also see on Meile Washer/Dryer that a cap has been removed from a transit bar and transit bar was partly withdrawn - this may have damaged Washer/Dryer which will only be known once installed.
Despite notations on delivery documents, received no contact from Conroy re missing/damaged items on Friday Aug 5 and have made several phone calls Aug 8 and cannot make contact.
Overall communication was poor to non-existant - from trying to obtain quote with correct inclusions; advise re collection and delivery timing; no communication re delay of shipment; items were dmaged and others mislaid - received no contact from Conroy despite notes on delivery docs and was unable to contact despite several attempts Aug 8.
I still need the missing items and all the damged items to be repaired urgently.

We considered the removal from Hastings to Ohoka very proferssional in fact that is the best description we can provide from beginning to end of the transaction. One must feel confident in a Carrier who has enourmous responsibility with peoples chattels. Conroys empathised with this and were great to deal with, our thanks. Marge and Warren
Very satisfied with the service so far. Both the packers and the loaders were helpful and efficient. I would have liked to have seen a little more communication prior to the actual packing date regarding exactly what to expect.I also found most of the on-line forms extremely complicated and difficult to complete. When contacted about this your staff were very helpful.
