We had Marus and Ben helping us the day we moved. They were awesome, nothing was to much trouble, the move went really well, and boy did they work hard. It was a busy day they were meant to stay in Kaikoura the night and move us in the next day, but it all went soo well we were moved and unloaded by about 5pm that same night and that was thru some help at the loading end but boy they seemed to run all day, they were really hard workers. Would certainly use your company again and recommend you to others. Kind Regards Dianne

"Communication at delivery point was poor"
Service in Auckland was great and the boys who dropped furniture off in Napier were very efficient, however communication at delivery point was poor (no one called in morning to give approximate time of delivery and no one called 30 min prior to delivery to advise drop off so the guys had to wait 20 mins while we drove to the delivery address). Also why do you use those cheap, awful stickers to label everything? We have had a terrible time removing them, especially the ones stuck directly on our wooden furniture! For the price you charge surely you can use easy to remove labels!

Thank you so much, Our goods were received as we sent them, all in top condition. The delivery went without a hitch and was fast and efficient. Your staff were all fantastic, to the Aussie guys who packed in Sydney and the Kiwi fellas who delivered to my door. Nothing was a problem they were just great.

Conroy Removalists are an absolute dream! My move from Gold Coast, Australia to Wellington, New Zealand was a simple, efficient and reliable process. The whole team were so helpful and professional throughout the whole removal and put any worries that I had at ease. I would just like to Thank Conroy Removalists for making my move so easy!
The guy who did the quote was approachable and helpful and the lady helping arrnage the move was very good at keeping us in the loop.
On the day, depsite confirming a start time with me, the pack up crew were late and it went down hill form there.
We had about eight to twelve different crew people cycle through our house over the two days it took to pack and didn't know from one moment to another who was going to be there the next.
Even more concerning was the penchant for the crew to go off site and simply leave the property unlocked even though I repeatedly said to ring me a little bit in advance (I was at work about 10 mins drive away) so I could get home before they left. Apart form the obvious security concerns, this resulted in about a box worth of stuff being left behind in an overlooked cupboard.
Apart from the issue of the crew turning up with no tools to disassemble furniture, the quality of packing varied across the crew as follows:
In addition to the above I had to pick up a number of drink bottles and food wrappers at the end of the pack up job.
The Operations people did a really good job in trying to keep our stuff moving so we didn't;t have to pay for it t go into storage, however when it came to arranging the delivery things fell apart. Despite calling in each day for a couple of days in advance and telling the team that I was about 20 mins drive away form the property, I was told it could be one day or another, yet I still got a call from the driver expecting me to be at home late in the afternoon so he could start emptying the truck! This was not really an option in the remaining daylight, however had he give me even half an hours notice I could have been there.
The deliver was possibly the most disappointing aspect. I only met the driver and one hand, while the rest of the crew arrived after I left for work and before I got back to sign the forms. It also appears that the unpack crew took little care in how they placed items in the house. So far the damage list includes:
On the up side, the driver was quite approchable and stayed on for and extra 30 mins after completing the unload so I could get home before they left.
