Communications concerning all aspects of our removal to New Zealand were excellent - including seamless coordination with Anglo Pacific (UK). We were kept well informed with schedule progress, customs clearance etc. and consulted on delivery details.

As regards actual delivery the crew arrived on time and completed their role efficiently and cheerfully - a credit to the Company.

coolConroy's removal staff were excellent, I have used them many times and would use them again.  They took good care of my property.No damage.

Derek from christchurch was brilliant and helpful as usual. As I like Conroys ethos and of course efficiency always the only freight company I recommend when I travel all over New Zealand which am doing all the time keep it up.

We found the removal workers very friendly and obliging but unfortunately we later found one of our boxes of china had been dropped.The corner of the box was smashed in and the china was all broken. This included part of a very valuable coffee set which has been in the family for generations. i wonder why we were not shown the broken box before I signed the delivery off. We still have some unpacking to do but so far everything else is fine. Hard to rate until this problem is dealt with.
