"Poorly arranged"
Poorly arranged on Conroy's part. Poorly managed too - we had to do a lot to help. Rushing things added to the overall unhappyness. Some little things broken so not worth or not able claim. Big rush to dump things at the destination. Definitely not an experience to be repeated, so we will not use this Company again

My only concern was the damage caused to wooden floor at the front door.
This was significant and probably would have noticed at the time by Lester and Sonny and then advised to me.
My wife and the real estate agent Dianne Anderson who was very familiar with our property certainly noticed it on Wednesday 10th Feb. Also the purchaser noticed this at his final inspection yesterday and there is talk about delaying full settlement till the matter is resolved.
Today is settlement day and I would really appreciate it if your company would cover the cost of repair;approx area of that entrance is only about 1 and half sq m.
One box was water soiled, obviously been outside for a while, or water got into the container or something, anyway goods were OK inside - take an eternity to replace all those things inside it.
3 items are missing, which I need to use mid April - if cannot be found I guess I will have to fork out A$500+ to replace them :-(.
