For me this was a great experience from start to end. Nicky's friendly visit to our house was very reassuring, helpful and informative. The truck team of Johnny, Joker and Tus were the dream team  - they walked in, introduced themselves and went straight into their individual roles and everything progressed smoothly from removal to destination delivery.

We feel that we werent listened to initially, things we asked to be packed by company were not, we had to pack them, some items we wanted moved were missing from inventory list. Also not all info given was accurate. All arrived in timeframe expected, nothing broken, tv cables missing, had to buy new ones. Overall an ok experience.

Things started well but didn't stay that way.Communication;being told it would take 4-6 wks for our gear to arrive and then having it arrive in two meant we had to start paying fkor storage a month earlier than expected.Lack of communications within the company meant our gear didnt get delivered on the day required,more expense for us.Broken picture frames,blankets used for packing around furniture ,chipped crockery and mould add up to a very disappointing experience.

Shipping in a shared container service can have it's drawbacks, whilst it is generally the most economic method of Trans Tasman shipping we are only able to provide approximate transit times based on historic activity. Unfortunately the actually transit can sometimes be shorter or longer than than anticipated. We have now taken extra measures to educate our customers and prospective customers alike ahead of their journey. With kind regards, Conroy Removals

Your people were fast and very pleasant and courteous. Nothing was broken, and they handled my Mothers china cabinet which  is really fragile with great care.  I have moved often; this my 4th in 6 years, Conroy were the best, and very reasonably priced compared to the last company I used.

The friendliness of the staff was apparent. Also, we found your company obliging when we had to postpone the removal due to house build, delays. For this we were thankful.

However, we thought the packers and removalists were very slow. We ended have to spend too much time waiting around when we had so many other things to do. This was very frustrating and stressful for us on the day. There were two structural damages to our old property and one piece of desk furniture is now completely unusable due to what we considered to be carelessness by the removalists. The apology seemed to lack sincerity and this was hurtful considering the item had sentimental value to us. 

For these reasons, while we have always used and recommended your company in the past, we would not do so in the future
