"No Company follow up of reported damaged goods"
Initial contact was good as was dealing with office staff thru out the process. Dispatch communications regarding arrival timings at both ends was either late or non existance - appalling. Pick up - insufficent staff, goods poorly protected causing damage. Delivery - some staff not respectful of dwelling leaving marks and abrasions and dispite identifying damage, not passing this information to the owners. No Company follow up of reported damaged goods.
"Nothing to much trouble"
Excellent people packing and moving us. It was a couple of long days and they were careful and with the heavy stuff they were amazing. A big thanks to them. Nothing to much trouble. Only thing please label boxes if possible pots and pans not just kitchen ware.

"fantastic"
The guys that did our move were fantastic !! We had an incredibly wet day for unpacking but they kept a sense of humour and worked hard to keep our furniture as dry as possible. Great job thanks !!!

Hi, I have no problems with your side of the shipping, in fact I was really plaesed with the Collection, shipping, price and communication. Unfortunately, the company (EuroGroup) who you used receive and deliver the goods to me have not been good. The member of staff that was assigned has left, and communication has all been one sided, the goods arrived into Southampton on time, but have just sat there, When I saw online that the goods had arrived into storeage I contacted them and they said it should be 7 to 10 days, that was on 21 June. despite me sending an email on 3 July requesting an update, I received nothing. Today I phoned them and was told it should come into our staorage in the next couple of days, then they would look to arrange transport to me, which would take about 2 to 3 weeks. I was not happy with this and they said they would try to push the transport department.
IF! they can deliver in 2 weeks that would mean that this has taken 17 weeks from uplift, when all along I was quoted 10-12 weeks, with over 4 weeks sat in Southampton.
So just to sum up very pleased with Conroy Nelson, Helpfull, communicative profesional service, but the agents that you have used in the UK have not been up to that standard, which is why I could not recommend to friends.
