Disappointed
Was disappointed with the service particularly the unpacking and broken items. One of our large glass lanterns wasn't even packed properly just placed in a box with no bubble wrap to protect it, hence it was broken. Same with a chest of drawers the leg was broken off and we have a few other items broken too. At the other end even though we had requested and paid for the unpacking service, when we arrived we found that the majority of boxes and items were still packed up, and this took us a long time to unpack not to mention storing all the packing materials. Conroys did come and collect the packing materials a few days later
Awesome Job
Awesome job by Murray, he got the truck stuck through no fault of his and handled the situation with humour although it put us a hour behind. Hard working great guy

Room for Improvement
Would suggest there is room for improvement here. The delivery was 2 hours late due to an incident on the motorway but we would have appreciated a call just to let us know. The delivery men complained our goods were too heavy & that they would be taking it up with the Australian side of the operation.

Satisfactory Service
On the whole, I was satisfied with the service. However, I have a concern about when the property was delivered to my new apartment in Wellington. At the start of unpacking, your men used one of the large potted plants (with a ceramic pot) from the apartment building foyer to keep the front door open. At the end of the service, and once the men had left, I went outside. When I did, I found the large ceramic pot was broken and had been left in the foyer. I also found the front footpath had dirt etc that had not been cleaned up. I cleaned up the front footpath and brought the ceramic pieces into the foyer. Your men had not notified me prior to leaving of anything that happened vis the potted plant. I also let the apartment building manager know what I had found.
Disappointed that we had a couple of breakages but the good thing in NZ was that the packaging removed from our furniture on the day our shipment was delivered was taken away and empty cartons from us unpacking our ornaments, etc, were uplifted the following week. Definitely a win.
