Very restrictive feedback form. Staff we dealt with from loading in Palmerston North were excellent. Staff at Auckland end not so good, particularly when I had to follow up on our bed which was apparently a back load and didn't arrive until 6pm after phone calls and excuses of traffic at that time so would we accept next day!!!. And yet the truck that bought our 20 ft container was a 40ft truck with pleanty of spare back space to tie on a (plastic covered) bed and outdoor table. Seems like poor organisation.

Cam was great to deal with in Wellington and the load and unload crew were very professional. Well done team
Professional and Helpful
Most of the guys were very professional, and helpful. Would have liked a bit more description on the kitchen boxes, all had "k/ware" so it was impossible to know where start looking for our pots or crockery. Some items put in random boxes ie kids toys in kitchen boxes. Drivers of trucks were excellent. Packers used heaps of packing paper!

Good team and staff at Nelson branch. Accomodating and easy to work with. Tim and Mitchell did a great job moving my belongings with ease and care. Friendly too!

I didn't have communication on the working day before for a time but the movers were fantastic (Scott and Scott), they were exceptional and I would recommed them to anyone moving within Christchurch.
