"Such an easy process"
Such an easy process fans all staff were a pleasure to deal with from the office staff to the guys moving us thank you for making everything easy. This is a temporary move and we will definitely be using 2 men a a truck service again.
Top Notch
From the quotation process to the actual removal, there was nothing to fault. Top notch. I have moved several times in the last decade and this move was seamless - the removal guys on the day of the move treated my belongings with respect, were "good fun", and knowledgable about how things should be done.

"No damage"
Great service and they know what they are doing . No damage. The guys are great and the new guy starting that day was good also Polite a sense of humour and made the job easy. Thank you
"Numerous breakages"
Numerous breakages, poor labelling of cartons resulting in delayed MAFF inspection, on arrival to destination a lot of communication relied on email- hard for customer to access email when just arrived in country. Told goods would be available at house mid January and goods didn’t arrive at house until end of January. Packers in Sydney packed a moth trap full of dead moths, clearly care factor was zero for MAFF.

Overall house move went well , but the guys did cause a chip to new outside plastering when trying to get the sofa in to the house .
