I cannot fault the entire process.
Brooke was a standout for me.
The guys were great; friendly, efficient, careful etc. Also the move was super easy to organize and the team were very flexible around timings.
The only negative is that it was pouring with rain and the truck leaked so one end of our couch got super wet, but no harm done it dried out.

Very happy overall. Good clear communication all the way through process. Surprised to uncover a few empty tape rolls and other cut offs packed in boxes. Very good packing so items all arrived safely. Professional approach from all.

Excellent move and superb crew uplifting and wrapping everything up very well. Despite the challenging driveway and house access for delivery the Auckland crew were professional, friendly but most of all efficient. Nothing broke including a 2.5m tall mirror going down and up several flights of stairs. I'm so happy and grateful for how easy this move went. Thank you!
