Everyone I came into contact with from the initial scoping to the packers, the office and operations staff and the drivers and offsiders were very friendly and professional. Moving cities felt a little overwhelming but I needn't have worried.

We had attrocious weather. We were well prepared but we had a lot to move.
It wasn't the most carefulmove either outward or inward.
We had a reasonable amount of damage. Scratches and nscrapes, 5 crystal breakages, a bed was dropped and wasn damaged, a few other bits. Nothing to be properly concerned about.
But its ok. We're not complaining. Just trying to provide useful honest feedback.

Missing Items
I have used Conroy previously and had no issues hence using your servies for our most recent move.
The 3 guys who moved the furniture were pleasant and hard working, no issues here.
My problem is that towards the end of the day another team were used to go and pick up some remaining items from the old house some of which never arrived. A whole box of items, including a vintage hunting knife passed down from my father, never made it . I called trevor who was going to ask the guys from the other crew the following morning. Additionally I had a call from a member of your admin team to go through the account, I mentioned the missing items to him and he was going to investigate and come back to me. It's is now the end of the week and I have had no response from your company whatsoever - the admin team did however promptly settle the account with my VISA card.
The remaining boxes and items, including a box of glassware with 'Fragile" written alll over it, seem to have been just thrown in the garage will little if any care which resulted in some damaged property.
I understand that things do getting damaged through the moving process and can accept that. what really annoys me is that the account gets settled and no one now seem to be bothered about trying to locate my missing items which I still want back.
