No problems, nothing was to much trouble at all. 

Thank you Conroys Nz and Perth WA.  This is the second time we have used Conroys moving our household possessions from NZ to Australia and we could not recommend them more highly.  Both moves were stress free and goods arrived on time.  Staff were friendly and efficient and the cost was very competative.  Thank you to all that were involved.

This was an emotional removal for me as I cleared our dead son's house and shared his possessions to two brothers and a refugee. It was more complex because some effects were going to Invercargill, some to Nelson and some to Wellington. I was also under pressure with time. From the outset I felt valued and supported by Deborah Woolford. Communication was consistent and clear. Moses who uplifted the goods from the house was caring and worked hard. I don't know who was involved beyond this but I believe more packing was done at your depot and the goods all arrived at their various destinations well within the 2 weeks indicated. We were totally satisfied with all aspects of Conroys service.

Although, the staff that packed us were fantastic in Australia, we feel not as much care was taken in NZ. Boxes of food placed on top of glassware & fragile items. Quarintine did not retap boxes, boxes were wet & crushed. Many scratch marks on items eg. Large smart TV, where boxes were opened in Quaritine etc. Not impressed with our delivery, very sloppy, heavy items placed on lighter items, food in garage etc. The guys at Conroy office were great with their communication to us, pre delivery.
