We were very happy with the service you provided right from obtaining quote, booking, the actual moving day and organising for the empty cartons to be collected especially as this rest home move was really ‘forced upon’ elderly residents. The 2 chaps were v efficient and user friendly and we all worked together as a team. The move couldn’t have gon better really. I would highly recommend Conroy. You were over three hours late and didn’t contact me and I was left waiting unsure what had happened. I had taken time off work to be there and felt let down. I couldn’t leave my apartment during the time as you didnt make contact me.
Your guys on site were friendly - but they didn’t seem aware of the late delivery or pass on any apology.
I found the experience lacked professionalism - and you’ve let down your partners in the UK had did a great job of packing up and keeping me informed.
