Disappointed
Curtain man rude and made it appear an imposition to do his job on agreed day. We were made to feel we had to work around what was convenient for him. Removal guys tried several times to change our minds on were to have curtains stored and did not take what we said twice as what we wanted. Rude regarding children comments. Disappointed. Please have Different guys on furniture return please. Suggest hire courteous guys that are well mannered.
Communication Needs Improvement
Communication was not ideal - I had to follow up with the depot on multiple occassions to arrange pick up after the initial delivery date was missed. People were friendly and engaging - when I could get hold of them - and the move itself went fine but not being able to get hold of people was frustrating. Not sure if I would use again.
Will Always Move With Conroy's
We've used Conroys several times now - and will use them whenever our next move is !

We didn't realise quite how disorganised and chaotic our own packing arrangements were until the professionals arrived! Mick and Jeff tackled a messy job with grace and good humour and even managed to instil a few packing skills in us as well. Moving is hell but we survived thanks to their help. Six days later we are still unpacking and are so appreciative of the careful packing of our endless kitchenware. Legends!

Flexible, Accommodating and Friendly
Excellent service from admin to packing the truck and unloading at the other end . Would highly recomend this service to any one thinking of moving house . The drivers and packers were flexiable, accomidating and freindly
"I will never use another company"
Your Nelson team are wonderful The boys were wonderful and helped to keep me and my family in good spirits as we got more and more stressed out, facing the worst shifting experience in my life getting into a dirty not emptied house and being blocked from entering. They were positive and cheerful doing a nightmare of a job. I chose Conroys as I have used the Blenheim crew for about 10 moves over the years and I will never use another company. I work for a health promotion organisation called Health Action Trust and we promote wellbeing in the workplace. I would like it if someone would come and talk at one of our Workplace Mental Health forum and tell other HR /H&S staff how they do it.

An amazingly easy process made possible by the outstanding service these ever so friendly folks offer.From my first enquiry to the delivery to my door this was such a stress free process I can't recommend Conroy's highly enough.I was kept in the loop every step of the way and everything arrived earlier than I could have hoped & totally intact.My thanks to John and Matt in Townsville and everyone else at Conroy's who made my move not only easy but an enjoyable process. The next question on your Feedback Form... "Where can we improve?"... I can't answer. I just don't know how you could?

Guys were on time, friendly and organised. Fridge handle broken off during move, movers noted this on unpack. Easy pay process. Thank you

We are highly impressed with the service Conroys provided, excellent packers with attention to detail, and very impressed with the removal and move on the day. We can't speak highly enough of all the crew we dealt with.
