2/3 were great
One of three Auckland loaders was hopeless and dropped stereo gear all others there and Christchurch were very good. One guys can lower the service even when others are good.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved. Getting the quote involved providing a list which was a slightly random assessment of what was to be moved, leaving me wondering if everything was going to fit in the container or whether I was going to be left with things left over that would not fit. In the end it was not and issue and I could have fitted more, which would have been good to know. This was not a major issue. The team responsible for doing the lifting were excellent.

I was disappointed thst the call I requested to tell me when the van was heading to Palmerston North from Porirua wasn't made. I rang to say i was leaving for PN only to be told it was on its way. It was at the House when i arrived and it was only because my daughter was home sick that the driver was able to unload.. I am also still looking for the bolts that hold the hwad board to the trundle bed. Ever hopeful they've been tucked into a drawerand eill turn upas havent finished unpacking yet. Overall a great removal after a very short notice requested by me for my move. . Happy to give you a thumbs up
