Communication with the person handling my move was frustrating.  I received one-line emails with information on where my shipment was at, but it was next to impossible to try and get anything further out of them, such as projected timeframes, etc.  They seemed to be lacking in the empathy department, and were only interested in letting me know the bare minimum before moving on.  Moving is stressful - your customer liaison people should have an understanding of this.  On the bright side, the team that unpacked my goods were great - polite and helpful. 

Fantastic experience with Daniel and Scott. They made the move much less stressful with their great attitude - so friendly and humourous. I wasn't expecting to have a laugh while moving house! All of our items were treated with care and delivered without any problems to our new home. We couldn't fault this service and would definitely use them again. Thanks so much 

Both the packing/collection team and the guys who delivered our stuff were awesome. Very friendly and everything went smoothly.

Bit dissapointed i had to phone 1 week after collection, to enquire about a delivery date. It would be good if there was somewhere this can be checked online, or a courtesy call to let us know progess..... Would help with planning etc, rather than being called the afternoon prior to delivery?

Other than that thanks again for a smooth shift.
