Prompt pickup and delivery thank you but some fragile items chipped or broken on route, though they may have not been packed with enough padding. The boxes were marked fragile.
One bicycle front wheel retention clip lost when wheel was removed for packing at wharehouse.
No items lost and given the long distance they had to travel we would definitely use this company again, just pack the fragile items better and perhaps dismantle the fargile bikes into a bike box.

The overall service was great a small,although important thing was the quality of the stickers you use. When trying to take off furniture leaves a sticy residue that is difficult to remove and not necessary with the quality of sticker that can be purchased today.

I'll send emails asking to update something crucial to my file but no confirmation is sent about action being taken. I always have to end up calling to get anything done.

I was so impressed that Conroys actually kept to their word as far as the time line that they promised the goods would be delivered by.
They in fact exceeded their promise and provided for an earlier pick up and delivery at the other end. This occurred at the busy Christmas New Year period with a smaller staff available.

Nothing to say, all was well at both ends
The guy that came to pack and collect the furniture and other stuff, have showed a lazy attitude, he spent time smoking outside the house and didn’t packed the stuff as agreed.
The result of that is that I have received some of the furniture damaged and the wine broken.
Very dissatisfied!
