Cant speak highly enough of the whole process. From start to finish...every single staff member we dealt with made things easy and stress free. Thank you so so much. All the movers were friendly, fun and so professional. Couldnt speak highly enough.

Great couple of lads we had for our move. Worked together & communicated like a well oiled team, resulting in a speedy turn around, and most importantly treated our property with respect.
This is the second time we have used Conroys in the last sixteen odd years and both times we have found that the employees sent to load and unload were good guys and nothing was a problem.

This was our first house move using a removing company. We usually move ourselves.
The website didn't mention that Auckland to Tauranga deliveries would be overnight and it wasn't clear if the estimate was excluding or including GST.
However, the drop off procedure was explained when the company representative arrived to give the quote. Customer services promptly answered the GST question.
The service from beginning to end was courteous and seamless. Thank you for making our house move stress free. We will use your company next time we move.
It was initially hard to communicate with the customer service team (because of how busy you were) but once I have a booking reference it was easier. Our pick up day/time changed 3 times which was a little tricky but I do understand we had only a part pick up so it was not like we were shifting a whole house. The driver and removal guy were great, they were very accomodating and helpful. Everything was stacked really well after the shift.

Happy with how everything went, had a couple of items broken during the move, and unsure on what I need to do to claim them.
Punctual and very efficient team who took great care with our furniture. Thank you to this team, and to Kyle who kept me in the loop with timing etc.
